ZBrush Cat

Recently I've took the plunge and have created my first model from scratch using Zbrush! (Whereas before I have only used it to clean up scans). I've always been quite intimidated by high poly sculpting in both Mudbox and Zbrush. My brain likes puzzles, constructing topology whilst I model, pulling those vertices about, feels much more natural to me.

I sculpted this cat based on my two cats (images at the bottom of this post). I'm going to use this model to learn XGEN and retopology.

I've made this model available to download and customise what neck piece the cat wears via this link: https://www.myminifactory.com/customizer/cat-5ebe7b2e3ff5c

For my first attempt I'm very pleased! There are definitely improvements that can be made which I didn't notice until days after I had shared it everywhere...

Lily (left, half Burmese, half moggie) and Dexter (right, 100% moggie). I was using them in real life rather than photos but here they are anyway! I might paint Dexter's fur pattern on the model to learn and practice substance painter too...
