A Time Apart: Fred Upper Body Blending
I started the day fixing the skeletons of my 3 characters as I had some joints positioned incorrectly, which meant I had to redo the initial binding on Fred, after that I spent most of the day blending the upper body which was a bit difficult but I think I have done it well. When it got to blending the mid torso I realised my ribbon spine was broken, it took it me a while to figure out what went wrong but it was just that the control joints had become unbound from the ribbon spine. I decided to experiment with the behaviour of bottom of the coat with the leg just so I could see what I expected it to look like, I intend on using either a rig that runs around the bottom of the coat or blendshapes to achieve the correct behaviour.
