A Time Apart: Fred Head Skeleton and Binding
When skinning the collar to the neck I wasn't getting the results I wanted, I felt the fold in the back of the collar was incorrect and could be better so like in the shoe when the clothing item wasn't colliding with the body properly I used some geometry as an extra influence that I could pull parts of the clothes that was skinned to it and set a driver key to make it go into position when I wanted it too. In addition to the collar the scarf needed to fold against the chin when my character looks down so I also did this to the scarf. Next thing I'm going to do is put a rig around the bottom rim of the coat.
