I think you could push that final 'pull out' even more - so we get a greater sense of the multitudes of cells; also, if you give those cells a little bit of movement too - should give an impression of 'life!' - in terms of SFX, you might want to consider giving the 'camera tracking' a sound too - a sort of musical whooshing sound to accompany it travelling up into the 'clouds' etc. There are so many opportunities for imaginative sound design here - for example, something to underscore the activity of the cells before they separate - a 'building up' sound. You're probably all over this already, but in animation terms, I think you should look at giving both the nucleus and the chromosomes their own squash and stretch routines, so every component has a sense of bounce and 'aliveness' - it will need balance, and it probably needs to be quite subtle, but anything to lend dynamism and charm to your imagery.
