Animatic with Narration and Sound
Feedback appreciated especially for sounds/music. Now that I have my narrator sorted I've put it with the animatic alongside a different music track from that I used in the pitch and like suggested in my pitch feedback put in more sound effects.
Hey Paris - I think you're voice-over guy has done a brilliant job - there's something reassuring and warm about this performance. It's really good - I bet you're pleased :) I don't dislike the music - it works - but it's a little bit drippy for me - I'd like to see you keep exploring for a while longer. In terms of sound effects, i think you're missing some - so for example, some kind of 'swipe' sound to accompany the movement of the signs as they swing into view; sounds too for when one scene becomes another; for when the chromosomes appear etc. Anything that moves/fades/materialises etc - consider giving it a sound signature.

ReplyDeleteI am very pleased with the narrator, I was worried it would all go wrong. I'll work more on music and sounds once I've finished the pre-viz.
