@Phil Merveille Thumbnails 105 - 120

Using the set I made in Maya to map everything out, I collaged images from my influence map on Photoshop, 105-108 are my developed city ideas however it didn't seem to look like a filled city and I'm unsure whether is has to be a busy city or not. Cornell's shadow boxes are sometimes full and fairly busy so in thumbnails 109-112 I put in skylines behind but sometimes his shadow boxes are spacious and (in my opinion) resemble a puzzle/maze. I want to keep my dream-world-like island idea so in thumbnails 113-120 I put thumbnails 105-112 on that island.

Spacious, dream like island maze for visitors to wander is what I'd like to go for when modelling Merveille so would it be a good idea to do my concept art and key assets production art for thumbnail 120 as the skyline in that doesn't look like a proper busy city skyline, it just adds more or thumbnail 114 and leave out the skyline to enhance the spaciousness of the island?

Also in some island thumbnails I've took out the sky from Monet's painting but I'd like to keep the sky because it adds to that surreal dreamlike quality, so yes my city would technically have 2 skies.
