Water Colours
Since the inks didn't go well last week I decided to try a different medium this week - water colours. For a second attempt I'm very pleased, I used this session to practice water colour painting and to work out how they're supposed to be used. If you use lots of water the paint becomes a wash and barely visible but effective, if you use a little bit of water the colour is very visible also if you create a path with clear water then put water colour at the start of your path, the paint fills it up with colour which I find fascinating to watch as well watching colours bleed into each other.

Giving environment painting a go... Hard to do with water colours, not my best but it was only experimenting. |
